		Model ADF ADJUSTOR FRAME ASSEMBLY (used with on-site constructed pits) A frame and cover system that casts over a concrete block or poured concrete pit constructed on the project site. It incorporates all the features and adjustments found in the model ADL, less the liner. It also allows unlimited size selections for special situations.     • All aluminum extruded frame construction.     • The heavy steel base frame with its anchors casts into the concrete floor pour creating a strong load-bearing frame.     • The adjustable feature on the frame compensates for uneven poured floors and flooring material.     • Choice of cover designs. The designed in offset in the cover protects all the edges of the floor covering material. The ADJUSTOR frame and cover assembly is designed to be used with on-site constructed pits rather than the pre-manufactured liner. This still provides all the flexibility and features of the frame as if it were used with a liner. The steel base frame is formed into the pit and either the aluminum frame unit can be inserted after the pour or can be formed in and poured around. 		Model RCF RIGIDCAST FRAME ASSEMBLY A more conventional frame and cover system constructed of all aluminum that will remain maintenance-free. The Model RCF is designed to be cast directly into the concrete floor. To achieve favorable results, exact alignment at the time of installation must be taken into consideration.     • All aluminum extruded frame construction     • Anchor pins secure frame firmly in the concrete floor     • Positive gasket seal of cover     • Choice of cover designs. The designed in offset in the cover protects all the edges of the floor covering material. The RIGIDCAST frame is designed to be cast directly into the concrete floor. The frame assembly can be set over a formed monolithic poured floor or a blocked out access pit. The Frame must be trued, leveled and square in the forming stages. 		Model RTS RIGIDCAST TRUE SCREED FRAME ASSEMBLY A frame and cover system, like the RCF model, with an added finishing guide around the frame to aid in its alignment during installation. The guide will allow the floor covering material to match up to the frame perfectly.     • All aluminum extruded frame construction     • Anchor pins secure frame firmly in the concrete floor     • Positive gasket seal of cover     • Choice of cover designs. The designed in offset in the cover protects all the edges of the floor covering material.     • Built-in angle around the full perimeter provides a screeding guide for a perfectly level floor. The RIGIDCAST True Screed frame assembly is designed to be cast directly into the concrete floor. The frame can be set over a formed monolithic poured floor or a blocked out access pit. The frame must be trued, leveled, and square in the forming stages. This frame is much more forgiving than the RIGIDCAST frame. The aluminum angle around the frame has the flooring material offset built-in. Use the top surface of this angle as a guide to finish the poured concrete for a perfectly level surface. 		Model POL POUROVER FRAME ASSEMBLY IN FIBERGLASS When a quick-and-easy to install pit is needed that will not require gaining access after the installation is complete, the Model POL allows concrete to be poured over the opening as a permanent cover. After all necessary work is performed in the pit, the included decking is placed into the frame and a permanent cap is poured, totally concealing the opening.     • Steel angular frame with concrete anchors     • Choice of sturdy fiberglass or galvanized metal liner     • Formed steel cover for concrete base     • Steel drive rods secure liner during installation The POUROVER is a frame and liner assembly that creates a pit that is completely hidden when completed. The angle frame that supports the poured cover is mounted in a liner. The liner eliminates cost and speeds installation over a pit built on site. Securing rods hold the liner in place until backfilling and the concrete floor is poured. When all necessary work is done in the pit, concrete is poured over the frame to form a non-accessible void. 		Model POF POUROVER FRAME ASSEMBLY (used with on-site constructed pits) The POF model frame offers all the exact features of the POL model, less the liner. Use with on-site constructed pits when the intent is to seal the access opening after access is no longer needed. A 2x4 wood pouring form is included with the frame to speed installation time.     • Steel angular frame with concrete anchors     • Steel deck cover cut to size     • Wood pouring form included The POUROVER frame is intended for use with a monolithic poured or concrete block access pit. The angular frame serves as a base for the metal decking to rest on as well as the base for the concrete floor to be poured over. The ACCESS PIT COVER is designed similar to a picture in a frame. The raised border around the cover allows the floor covering material to set down into the cover, flush with the surrounding floor coverings. A flush floor surface, with no protruding edges, protects floor covering edges from chipping and damage from foot traffic, sliding mechanical equipment, etc. and helps to avoid trip hazards.
